RETURN PROCESS
At iff, your satisfaction is our priority. To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@iffthelabel.com with your customer order number with your order email address or postcode, and our team will guide you through the next steps. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return. Once approved, please post your return within 7 days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. To return your item(s), kindly place them in the original parcel along with your invoice. As your return makes its way back to us, iff the label cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking details for reference. For our international customers, please be aware that duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable when returning an item.

- Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or exchange.
- Sale items can be returned for a store credit or exchange only.
- Final sale items are ineligible for a refund, store credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. Be careful of make-up rubbing on garments. As a result of this happening, we will be unable to accept your return.
If an item is assessed and confirmed as faulty, Iff the label will offer a suitable resolution when contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please note that faults caused by normal wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please reach out to our customer care team with a brief description and photos clearly showing the issue.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once your return is received by us, the item(s) will be assessed to ensure it complies with our policy and a return outcome will be determined within 3 working days.
