- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

- HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days from dispatch for delivery to metro areas.

For rural addresses, delivery may take an additional 1–4 business days. International orders may take up to 10 business days.

During peak periods, promotions, or sales events, please note there may be minor delays in dispatch.

- WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we have received your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder first before contact our Customer Care.

- WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION EMAIL ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Yes, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

- DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery.

- DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS? 

Yes, we ship all over the world. We have a flat rate international shipping fee of $60 which will be added at checkout.

- CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? 

If full-priced orders are placed before 10 am Monday - Friday, they are processed the same day. Most of these orders are shipped the same day or the following business day. 

Please let our Customer Care know if you have requested changes ASAP. 

There is no guarantee that these changes can be made before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, we cannot change details.

- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you need to change your shipping details on your order, please contact our customer care immediately. We are generally able to change your address unless it has already been shipped.

- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS?

If you want a refund, you must apply for a return within 7 days of delivery to your shipping address. If it is past 7 days, you will only be eligible for a Store Credit or Exchange.

Refunds are eligible on Full-Priced items only.

We do not accept returns for Sale Items (Sale Items, Discounted Items & Final Sale Items). Pre-Order Items are not eligible for a refund, as they are Made-to-order. However, we offer Store Credit or Exchange . 

Orders placed using Afterpay are NOT eligible for a Refund. However, they are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange.

- CAN I RETURN ITEMS AS AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Yes you can return your items for a credit note only. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange for other items. A new order must be made.

- I THINK MY ITEM IS FAULTY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We ensure every order is carefully checked and wrapped. However, if you do find your item(s) are faulty, please email our Customer Care with your name, order number and fault images. Once analysed, we will organise a replacement or refund if deemed a manufacturing fault. 

- WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Please email our Customer Care with your name, order number and the wrong item. We will ensure you receive the correct item

- CAN YOU LET ME KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL BE RESTOCKED?

If the product you want is sold out, please contact our Customer Care with the style, colour and your size detail. If this product is available, you will be notified ASAP.

- HOW LONG IS MY STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?

Your store credit is valid for 12 months.
